Read opponents in Okey by watching which tiles they take from the discard pile and which colours or numbers they throw away.

If a player grabs a discarded tile, they likely need that number or colour, so avoid feeding the same area. Repeated discards of one colour suggest they are not collecting it, making that colour safer for you. Also track how fast their hand shrinks toward a finish. Careful observation of the open discards is one of the biggest skill gaps between beginners and strong players.
