Okey is played with 106 tiles in total.

There are tiles numbered 1 through 13 in four colours (red, yellow, black and blue), and every number-colour combination appears twice, giving 104 numbered tiles. Two extra blank tiles act as false jokers, bringing the count to 106. At the start of a hand, each of the four players receives 14 tiles, while the player who begins gets 15 so they can make the first discard. Knowing the tile count helps you track which pieces are still live as a hand plays out.
