You finish in Okey by arranging all fourteen of your tiles into valid runs and sets, then discarding your final tile.

Every tile in your hand must belong to a complete group with none left over. On the turn you go out, you place your last discard so no one else can take it, which ends the hand and scores you the win. There are bonus routes too: finishing with a seven-pair layout, or finishing on the okey tile, each count double. Planning your groups a few turns ahead makes a clean finish much easier.
